The deal, in plain words.

1. The agreement

By installing or using one of our apps, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Some apps may have a few extra terms, which we'll show you in the app before they apply.

You also need to follow Google Play's own terms of service, since that's where you get our apps.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own purposes. The apps, their design, code, name and logos belong to Azora Tech LLC. You can't copy, resell, or reverse engineer them, except where the law specifically allows it.

3. Accounts

If an app lets you create an account, keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You need to be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to create one.

4. Fair use

Please don't:

• use the apps for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• try to break into our systems, overload them, or get around security or payment features;
• upload malware, spam, or content you don't have the right to share;
• scrape, copy or redistribute the apps or their content without our written permission.

If you do, we may suspend or close your access.

5. Purchases and refunds

Paid apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold through Google Play and paid with your Google account. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, which you can do at any time in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact support@azora.group and we'll do what we can to help, including asking Google to refund you when it's fair.

6. Your content

Anything you create or upload in our apps is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the app for you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't use it for advertising.

7. Changes to the apps

We update our apps regularly. Sometimes that means adding features, and sometimes removing ones that aren't working out. If we ever stop supporting an app entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export your data first.

8. No guarantees

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that they'll be error-free, always available, or suitable for every purpose. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Azora Tech LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you haven't paid anything.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract under the law where you live.

10. Ending things

You can stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them, and you can delete your account as described on our data deletion page. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. The sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability still apply afterwards.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.
