Deleting your account and data.

1. From inside the app

If the app has accounts, this is the quickest way:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That's it. You'll be signed out, and the deletion starts straight away. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account.

2. By email

If you've already uninstalled the app, can't sign in, or would just rather ask, email privacy@azora.group with the subject “Delete my account”. Please include:

• the name of the app;
• the email address or username on the account, sent from that same address if you can.

We'll confirm we've received it within 7 days. If we need to check the account is yours, we'll ask you a simple question first. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

3. What gets deleted

• your account and profile (email, name, login details);
• content you created in the app, such as notes, lists, uploads and settings;
• usage data and identifiers linked to your account.

Once it's gone, we can't bring it back, so export anything you want to keep first.

4. What we have to keep

A small amount of information is kept for a limited time, either by law or for security:

• Purchase and transaction records, kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years). These are held by Google Play as well.
• Crash reports that aren't linked to your account, deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Backups, which roll over and are fully cleared within 30 days.
• Records of the deletion request itself, so we can show we handled it.

5. Deleting only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove some of your data. You can delete individual items inside the app, or email privacy@azora.group and tell us what you'd like removed, for example your support history or analytics data. We'll handle it within the same 30 days.
